THE FRONT PAGE HAS A COUPLE TEARS. THEY DO FIT BACK TOGETHER VERY NICE. THERE IS A CHUNK ON LOWER RIGHT SIDE THAT APPEARS WAS NIBBLED ON BY A MOUSE. IT IS ALL THE WAY THROUGH ALL OF THE PAGES. THE TOP PART THAT WOULD ACTUALLY HANG IT IS RIPPED.
