Appears to be NOS. Never used as the cardboard isn’t creased. Guessing 1965 by the numbers at the bottom of the sign.
Here we have a double sided cardboard sign for the Peirce pennant motor oil. has damage including missing section, pin holes and tears. would still be be wonderful framed and put in your gas and oil collection! Very Cool Little NO PARKING Cardboard Sign w/ Cartoon Car. Would be a fun thing to display with a collection of pedal cars or something similar. I would think it’s probably from the 1960s or 70s, maybe 80s but I certainly don’t think any later than that. – measures approx 6.5″ x 6.5″- minor light creasing that does not take much from presentation See pics and ask any questions.
