The front of the door features a heavily weathered, period-correct applied Shell Gasoline decal. Right below the main shell logo is a classic cracked and crazed Shell “TCP” (Tricresyl Phosphate) fuel additive sticker, which beautifully dates the active service life of this pump right to the mid-1950s (Shell introduced the famous TCP additive in 1953).
